Performance Manager – Rolling Stock

This is an opportunity for an experienced Rolling Stock professional with knowledge of fleet performance and reliability to work closely with clients to provide them with knowledge of their fleets in service.
Established as a leader within the Rolling Stock environment, you will be joining an organisation that prides themselves on investing in innovative and sustainable rolling stock to modernise and improve UK rail, meeting the evolving needs of today’s passengers. Having the ability to build strong working relationships with customers, you’ll work as part of a team to lead continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the reliability of the trains
The Opportunity:
This role is offered on a two-year fixed term basis, and will see you working on the customers site and working with them closely in the planning and analysing of fleet performance and providing solutions to fleet issues.
You will use your experience and knowledge to drive new initiatives that improve the performance and reliability of the trains; this will include presenting businesses cases to substantiate investment in modifications or system improvements.
Package:
The company are offering a generous package of up to c£60,000 per annum, 10% allowance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and 15% matched pension.
About you:
For this position it is essential that you’re experienced in the management of fleet performance and reliability and have the ability to build lastly working relationships. Whether you have experience from a TOC, OEM, ROSCO I’ll be keen to hear from you!
