My client is currently looking to speak to candidates to take on the opportunity as a paint sprayer at their site in Derby. They are looking for someone experienced as a painter/paint sprayer rail experience preferred but not essential.

Your New Opportunity

You will be responsible for mixing and matching colours, prep work – prime and top-coat to rail vehicle components.
You will be able to understand and achieve min and dry paint thicknesses and follow engineering instruction and hit targets.
You will work to strict deadlines and be capable of keeping your work area clean and tidy in line with company guidelines.
You will be a key member of staff. Job details below:
- 40 hours per week
- £16.73 per hour to start
- Two shift scheme – Days and Afters
Person
You will have vast experience as a spray painter on large scale projects in Rail or allied disciplines
You will be reliable and conscientious and have a good understanding of H&S – you will be aware of and work within the confines of quality guidelines
You will be a team player who wants to work with a great company and progress in your career.
You will be comfortable working a 2-shift pattern of days and afternoon shifts
