As a Modification Technician you will be responsible for the implementation of modifications to a fleet of rolling stock. These modifications will include but not limited to removal of old lighting systems and fitment of new LED lighting lamps and refitment of all panels. As part of the role the Modification Technician will also be tasked with installing at seat power points and energy metering.
The successful Modification Technician will be joining a company which operates one of the busiest networks in the country. The company has invested heavily in recent years in upgrading all aspects of its business from rolling stock to station infrastructure alike.

The successful candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate their abilities as a Modification Technician. This role would suit a Modification Technician who has a NVQ level 2 or above in engineering maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or equivalent.
