About the Role
My client are recruiting for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to work on a Regional basis to support a number of key highways projects across the Midlands. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a commercial team within the projects to achieve pre-determined deadlines, manage change management, ensure procurement is delivered to targets agreed.
The Ideal Candidate
- Over 5 years of Roads experience
- Experience working on a similar project with a main contractor
- Experience overseeing multiple projects over £10million
- Previous experience as a Managing Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager
- Familiar with NEC4 forms of contract
- Have a full valid driving licence and own vehicle
Remuneration
The successful candidate will be rewarded for their hard work and flexibility. This role is paying up to £420 per day to the right person, based on experience. This is topped off with an opportunity to gain experience with one of the UK’s most well-known companies.
