The Company
This excellent opportunity with an award-winning rail company, servicing customers within the East Midlands. This company have customer service at the forefront of their actions and looking for an exceptional individual to join their thriving team.
The Role
As the Head of QHSE, you will lead and manage a small team covering all aspects within Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental providing guidance and support to both the operations and services of the business. Delivering a zero-harm plan throughout the organisation, whilst also ensuring compliance with ROGS and H&S Executive. You will be the company’s liaison with professional bodies (HMRI, HSE/C, RAIB, ORR, EMAS, Fire, Police & City & County Councils, LRSSB).
You will also be responsible for the auditing of Quality, Safety & Environmental Management Systems as well as developing, assisting and implementation of Procedures (Safety, Quality, Operational. Also managing an integrated business management system and is certified to four management system standards: ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety; ISO9001 Quality Management, ISO14001 Environmental Management and ISO55001 Asset Management.
This role is currently offered on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

The Salary
Salary up to £70k + 15% Annual Bonus + 7.5% Pension + Free & Discounted Rail Travel + Range of flexible benefits + 25 Days Holiday + BH
