Admin Assistant

Contract Length: - 3 month rolling contract  

Location: - Nr Honingham, Norwich

Rate: - £18 per hour PAYE

 

Role Description

A vacancy has arisen for an Administrative Assistant to join a main contractor that specialises in Civil Engineering & Construction. The position is Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week. This would be a site based role.

Duties and responsibilities will include: -

  • Updating trackers
  • Roster planning  
  • Creating and managing Excel spreadsheets for tracking costs and making sure projects stay within budget.
  • Health and Safety file creation
  • Assisting with meetings as required, tracking minutes and actions.
  • Scanning and filing site delivery and collection documents
  • Emailing briefing documents to relevant parties

Required experience.

  • Good communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Good interpersonal, influencing and organisation skills.
  • Good Microsoft Office 365 skills
    • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
    • Excellent time management
    • Available to start within 2 weeks
