My background in recruitment
I previously worked at another recruitment firm on the 360 desks, working with a variety of clients in Rail, Rail Plant, General Engineering, and Commercial Vehicles. I focused on the delivery and expansion of key accounts to help our clients with Recruitment and Training solutions.

I help businesses with Recruitment solutions in the Transportation sector, specialising in Rolling Stock, Commercial Vehicle, and Rail Plant Engineering. I work across contract, temporary, and permanent roles, covering both blue-collar and white-collar placements. My approach is down-to-earth, consultative, and solutions-focused, providing market insight throughout the full recruitment cycle to achieve the best results for clients.

The best part of my job
I enjoy coming to work and improving the lives of candidates and clients by first understanding, and then solving, their problems. This comes from nurturing and developing new and existing relationships, and delivering on their requirements. At Ganymede, I continue to apply this approach while further developing my expertise within the industry.
What I do when I'm not in the office
I am a Derby County away member, season ticket holder, and an England Supporters Travel Club member, and a fanatic for football travel, so I can usually be found at a match somewhere or anywhere. Otherwise, I’ll often be on a dartboard. Fun fact: my friend and I made the WDF (World Darts Federation) Las Vegas Darts Open 2025 final, where over 500 players competed. The final was livestreamed on the USA Darts YouTube Channel to nearly 4,000 viewers. I also used to live in Gibraltar and love visiting friends there whenever I can.
