“Our Subcontractor Forum is an important space for honest conversation and shared learning. By bringing our supply chain together, we’re not only strengthening safety and wellbeing across our projects, but also building the trust and collaboration that drives long-term success. It’s inspiring to see how these events have progressed since we launched this initiative back in 2023, with so much passion and commitment to making our industry safer and stronger."
We closed with an open floor discussion, where attendees could raise any other business and share ideas for future focus areas.
