Have you considered a career in Recruitment but haven’t yet made the move? Let 2022 be the time to kickstart your recruitment career!

Ganymede are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Derby. Working as part of our established team, you will be initially responsible for assisting with the delivery to existing vacancies with the view to assume a full 360 role.

The ideal candidate will be target-driven, ambitious and motivated to start a long-term career in recruitment sales, with an appreciation for the hard work required to succeed in this sector.

We provide thorough and ongoing training throughout your career with us, and our established team is always on hand to support. You will be partnered with a more experienced Recruiter, who will be your mentor and help you. All our positions are 360 recruitment roles and therefore sales-focused, so if you are ambitious and personable, this could be the ideal role for you!

The role of a Recruitment Consultant is ultimately a sales position and requires a large amount of communication with candidates and eventually clients on the phone, therefore, to be considered for this role, you will have worked in a sales environment previously, preferably B2B.
