Sub Agent
Rate: £300-£350 per shift (outside IR35)
Location: London
Contract Length: 2-3 Months

Role Description:
This role is to work on various rail civil engineering projects across London. You will be based on site reporting into the Site Agent. Your responsibilities may include producing and monitoring the contract programme, managing and monitoring costs, sub contractor management, controlling Health & Safety, maintaining site paperwork and records, supervising setting out.
Required Experience:
You must have a proven background as a Sub Agent on Rail projects in the UK that have ideally included bridge refurbishments. You will have a minimum of a HNC in Civil Engineering and you will have a valid PTS Card.
