Station Support Assistant
Location: Berwick Upon Tweed
Contract Length: 9th of September 2024 to 1st of December 2024
Immediate Start: After passing a Drug & Alcohol test.

We are looking for four dedicated Luggage Support Assistants to join our team at Berwick Upon Tweed. This is your chance to develop new skills, gain valuable experience and contribute to the smooth travel experience of daily passengers.
Your Role: As a Station Support Assistant, you will be at the forefront of passenger assistance and helping travellers who need luggage support. With ongoing refurbishment to improve accessibility for commuters your role with focus on supporting customer gain access to platforms and exits. This will be an actively role and will require individuals who enjoy working in a robust environment.
This role is your gateway to a multitude of exciting career paths within the railway sector and other key areas of the business. This is role will operate on 0700-1900 with a shift pattern of four on three off and three on four off basis.
