Smart Metering - Field Team Manager- Dual Fuel- North London

The Field Team Manager role is to operate as a leader, coach & mentor to a team of smart meter operatives.

The Role - Field Team Leader
You will be responsible for supporting a team of around 25 smart meter operatives. You will be dealing directly with smart metering engineers, making sure that communication lines are adhered to. Carrying out ongoing support and training.
In collaboration with all the relevant business areas you will ensure your team operates as a high performing team by giving them brilliant basics, supporting growth in their technical capability and learning, embedding management control and providing continuous improvement into their ways of working. You will motivate your team to make a difference by doing the right things and will actively support colleagues in a collaborative way to enable achievement of their goals.
Day-to-day activities typically involve
Day to day support and management of field force engineers.
Ongoing technical support and training of the field force engineers.
Performance managing the field force team.
The Field Team Leader
You may be required to complete smart meter installation work if required to support the workforce, therefore you must have the following
qualifications: CCN1/CMA1 and MET1 or Level 2 Smart Meter Diploma
Package
- Salary £40,784, salery, London weighting, loyalty
- 42.5 hour working week
- Overtime
- Realistic OTE £44,000K Plus
- No call out or Sunday work
