Our client is a main contractor working on social housing schemes across the North. Works include; external wall installations, window replacements, wall/sprinkler installation, fire door installation, kitchens, and bathrooms. The framework lasts for several years with guaranteed work so this is a fantastic opportunity for long term work with good rates of pay.
Largely, you will be responsible for managing sub-contractors. While supervising the workforce, you will ensure the highest of standards are maintained throughout all aspects of the project as well as being able to check work correctly and write the appropriate diary. Along with diaries, you will be tasked with completing and updating all relevant H&S paperwork.
THE IDEAL SITE MANAGER
To be considered for this fantastic Site Manager opportunity, you will need experience within construction projects as a Site Manager. You will also be required to have an SMSTS, 3 day First Aid, Asbestos Awareness and ideally an NVQ in construction. A valid CSCS is needed to even be considered.
