Duration – 6 month rolling contract

Rate – Up to £350 CIS/UMB/PAYE (No Ltd Companies)

Location – South Wales

 

A long-term Rail Civils opportunity for an experienced Site Agent able to lead projects from start to finish!

 

THE COMPANY

Ganymede is currently working with a well-known Principal Contractor that have won a number of projects across South Wales and the Western region and we are now looking to recruit a Site Agent to lead a bridge project near Newport – part of a much large exciting scheme in the area.

 

THE PROJECT AND THE ROLE

This road over rail bridge build is still in the very early stages and as such, we require a Site Agent that has experience of planning, programming, commercial and NEC Contracts as you will be expected to lead this project from start to finish, reporting into a Project Manager that will be overseeing a number of schemes simultaneously.

 

THE REQUIREMENTS

Ideally, you will have a Civil Engineering Degree and understand how to effectively run projects bearing in mind Cost Reimbursables, Early Warning Signals, and Compensation Events etc.

You will have excellent knowledge of Civils and Structures and must be able to demonstrate you can confidently ensure the safe and timely planning, delivery and completion of similar projects previously during your career.

The ideal candidate will also hold a PTS, SMSTS and CSCS card.
