Job Title: Site Agent
Location(s): Hull
Salary - £50,000 + car allowance
Permanent opportunity for a Site Agent with experience in the heavy civils projects. The successful Site Agent will have an extensive track record in delivering earthworks, piling, and enabling works. Projects such as flood defense, sea defence, embankment stabalisations and similar works will be most beneficial.
Site Agent Role Description
As Site agent you will be involved in all aspects of project covering project programming, commercial and cost control, site delivery and design. Will be in charge of ensuring project is completed on time to high quality and to budget.
Being the successful Site Agent means you will be responsible for all on-site activities, including organising work and making sure key materials are delivered on time to the right place. You should have excellent communication and administrative skills as you will need to keep accurate records of progress on site and any changes to client specifications.
Typically as Site Agent you report into the Project Manager and will manage the Site Managers, Site Engineers, Site staff and subcontractors.
Site Agent Requirements
- CSCS – Must
- SMSTS – Must
- First Aid – Desirable
- Engineering background – Must
- Extensive experience in delivering heavy civils projects – Must
