SENIOR ENGINEER – HIGHWAYS (NIGHTSHIFT)

CHELTENHAM

6 MONTH CONTRACT

The Role and Responsibilities

As Senior Engineer you will play a pivotal part in initial ECI works across the project including site set up, minor site clearance, ground investigation, ecological & archaeological surveys and working with traffic management teams. You will be responsible for managing site engineers, working with the Agent and Senior Project Manager to report findings and support the delivery of the project.

The Company

Our client, a large Tier 1 contractor, have secured work on a key project in the Cheltenham area. They will be responsible for delivering a junction rebuild and improvement project on behalf of Gloucestershire County Council on Junction 10 on the M5.

The Requirements

The ideal Senior Enigneer for this position will have experience working within the highways sector on large scale highways and roads projects. Involvement in ECI works and site surveys/investigations will be advantageous! It is essential you are delivery focused and able to be based on site 5 days a week.

We do require someone that has worked for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors, and you must have a valid CSCS and First Aid as a minimum.
