The Opportunity:
You’ll be working on a range of multidisciplinary projects on the LNE (London/Northeast) route, joining the Rail team of one of the U.K’s largest Rail and Civil Engineering companies.
As the Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be involved with:
- Managing a portfolio of works, potentially overseeing 2-4 projects at any one time
- Working on projects valued between £2-£10 million, including bridges, ramps, lifts, escalators to full platform reconstructions
- You’ll be able to work from offices based in either South or North Yorkshire
- Visiting the work sites 1-2 times per week to gain exposure to the works and build a rapport with the site team

Remuneration:
Up to £45,000 Per Year (Experience dependant) & the following benefits:

About You:
You will need experience operating as a Quantity Surveyor ideally in the Rail Sector, however main contractor NEC experience would certainly be considered.
We are also open to ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyors, who can demonstrate their competency and have the right experience.
A full UK Driving License is essential.
Qualifications at HNC/HND/Degree level in a related field is desirable.
