Role Description
I am currently looking for two Quantity Surveyors to join a well-established team, working out of our offices near London. The current work includes Structures, Earthworks, and Station Building and Enhancement projects, with a range of values from £100K to 15million.
The key activities will include:
• Reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the team.
• Producing cost reports.
• Assisting with target costs production.
• Subcontract procurement.
• Change management.
• Busy reporting timetable.
Your qualifications and experience should include:
- Contractor or subcontractor experience.
- Rail experience preferable, but not essential.
- NEC experience preferable, but not essential.
- Construction qualifications.
