THE ROLE

As a Rolling Stock Project Manager, you will be working closely with variety of stakeholders and leading engineering projects to strict deadlines. You will be accountable for keeping projects running on schedule, budgeting, and financial duties, overseeing staff management, and working within specific performance and quality management protocols. As Rolling Stock Project Manager, you will have significant engagement with engineering teams, external stakeholders, suppliers, procurement teams and senior management. You will be required to coordinate multiple projects, so your experience as a Project Manager must include this.

You are a Project Manager with a technical background within in-depth knowledge of rolling stock maintenance, refurbishment, and improvement. You are skilled at overseeing multiple projects within challenging environments. You have delivery projects on time and on budget. You are a professional Rolling Stock Project Manager with excellent leadership and communication skills.

THE REQUIREMENTS

A proven background as a Rolling Stock Project Manager, with an educational background of HNC/HND minimum. Must have thorough understanding of rail regulations, fleet management and refurbishment. You will also have experience of project delivery within a demanding environment.
