Role Description: One of the UK’s largest and most successful construction companies are looking to expand their regional commercial team in South Wales by adding a Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor and Managing Quantity Surveyor to their ranks. As Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on some of the most exciting construction projects, initially working on a £40million design and build residential scheme where you will be commercial lead responsible for managing the commercial administration, reporting and performance of the project.

Remuneration: On offer is a competitive salary of up to £65,000 (depending on experience), company car or car allowance, 28 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays, generous pension contribution, flexible hours, volunteer days, private healthcare and more.

Required Experience: To be considered for this position you will need to be an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor with proven leadership skills, who has operated within the construction sector with main contractors on design and build schemes and will have sound knowledge of NEC and JCT forms of contract. Additionally, you will be a passionate, self-motivated individual who is keen to progress through the ranks!
