About you:
You will be an experienced locksmith that has worked on a wide range of locks in your career while also having experience in the carpentry side of doors and minor works. You will live an easily commutable distance to London and will be hungry to develop your customer facing and technical skills.
About your new role:
Your role as a locksmith will see you covering a variety of areas of London including the famous Canary Wharf Estate and a number of London Underground stations and depots. You will carry out planned preventative maintenance as well as emergency repairs and new installations. You will be given all of the tools that you need to be successful in this role including locksmith & carpentry tools, a van, all PPE and full training.
The formal stuff:
To be considered for the locksmith role you will need to hold a full & valid driving license, have experience as a locksmith and as a basic 2nd fix carpenter and be able to demonstrate your knowledge of door repairs and installations.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week (varying shift patterns) with one Saturday every 6 weeks.
Salary: Circa 34k per annum basic salary with 21 days annual leave.
