The successful candidate will begin as a labourer but with the right attitude and hard work will progress into their desired trade over time.
The Candidate:
You will be an experienced labourer with a valid CSCS card and will have worked on either large new build sites or individual property refurbishment or renovations. You will be an early riser and an ambitious person who is looking to forge a career with a company that really values its people and prides itself on historic progression within the business.
The Role:
As a labourer you will be expected to rip-out and clean up a variety of properties ranging from bedsits to large 6-bedroom family homes. Working in a fun team you will have the responsibility of making sure the job is complete within the agreed timescales to enable the trades to come in and get the property ready for its new tenants.
The Requirements:
To be considered for this labourer position you must hold a valid CSCS card. You must also bring some banter and some drive and be willing to commit to working a 5 day week every week (unless you’re on holiday of course).
Hours: Monday – Friday, 45 hours per week
Rate: £12 per hour with 20 days paid holiday per year
