The Role
The HSQE Manager will be fully compliant within the Rail Sector, and experienced in preparing and managing Audits for Achilles, RISQS, Link Up and to ISO standards including 9001, 45001 and 14001. This Health & Safety Manager will also have the critical responsibility to ensure competency of Management systems for Network Rail. You will have the opportunity to put your stamp on the competency Management process from staff, down to operatives and suppliers.
As the HSQE Manager you’ll be mentored by the current Head of HSQE, but also be given the autonomy to make your mark. You’ll engage with staff across all disciplines to promote a positive Safety culture (Procedural and Behavioural)
You will represent the employer at conferences and meeting with Network Rail, as well as providing input into bids for future works.

The Requirements
- Experience HSQE Advisor / Manager within the Rail sector, working within a Rail Contractor
- Ideally Degree Qualified
- NEBOSH diploma
- Member of IOSH, Tech Iosh, CMIOSH
Benefits
Salary up to c£60,000 per annum, company car or car allowance, 25 days holiday + BH and a matched 5% pension scheme.
