The Role

The SHEQ Advisor will be fully compliant within the Rail Sector, and experienced of working within a site environment on this high profile project. The duties will be as you’d expect from a Health & Safety Advisor within the rail sector, developing and maintaining health and safety processes and procedures to support project scheme design and construction programme delivery and well as driving a positive health & safety culture across the site. Conducting incident investigations, and capturing lessons to be learnt for the future. Developing and delivering H&S improvements as well as reporting H&S KPI data.

The Requirements

  • Experience HSQE Advisor within the Rail sector, working within a Rail Contractor
  • NEBOSH Construction
  • Auditor

Benefits

Salary up to c£49,000 per annum, company car or car allowance, 25 days holiday + BH and a 5% pension scheme.
