£13 per hour + overtime for Nights & Weekends
Our client requires an individual who has a general build background.
You will be working on a building maintenance contract and you will be required to carry out general building repairs and refurbishments.
This may include supervising sub-contractors, checking site paperwork, fixing/mending toilets, door handles, tactile, drains, guttering, roofing as well as painting, filling and plastering etc.
Hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.30pm and 7.30am to 4pm on a Friday (average 42 hours per week)
