General Forman
Location – Milton Keynes
Rate - £375 per night Ltd (Outside IR35)
Great opportunity for an experienced General Foreman with an extensive track record in the highways industry to join a large tier 1 main contractor on a 6 – 9 month contract.
ABOUT THE JOB
As General Foreman you will be responsible for overseeing the night works, responsible for the delivery conducted by engineers and subcontractors, ensuring work is carried out according to H&S, quality and client regulations.
Management of sub-contractors and labourers
Control of plant, health and safety issues
Quality Management
Completion of the necessary site paperwork
Conducting Tool Box talks (H&S)
Assume responsibility for Site Inductions for new members of staff and labour
REQUIREMENTS
- Gold or Black CSCS – Must
- SMSTS – Must
- Highways experience (SMART motorway experience will be highly desirable) – Must
