Job Title: Gas Engineering Supervisor

This gas engineering supervisor role is an excellent opportunity to join a large business with a family feel that has expansion plans. If you’re looking for job security on a high-value contract then this is the role for you.
The Candidate:
You will be an experienced gas engineering supervisor that has worked on local authority / social housing jobs and possess the right qualifications for servicing and repair. You will currently be supervising a team of domestic gas engineers but will be looking for a role with more autonomy and less politics.
The Role:
As a gas engineering supervisor you will be responsible for managing a team of around 20 engineers that cover the Eastern region of the country. You will be responsible for managing rotas / shifts, monitoring and managing cost, time and quality metrics and deal with escalated customer queries.
The Requirements:
To be considered for this role as a gas engineering supervisor you will need to be Gas Safe Registered. You will also need to be able to demonstrate how you have successfully motivated teams to achieve their KPIs and the contractual SLAs.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week (08:00 – 17:00).
Salary: Circa 39k per annum basic salary with 32 days holiday.
