The Role
Field Team Leader is responsible for supporting and running of multiple mobilisation contracts. Working with our operations team to support mobilisation and running of our engineers across the UK.
Directly dealing with our engineers & clients making sure that communication lines are adhered to. You will be involved in running assessment days interviewing engineers. Carrying out ongoing support and training of engineers.
Daily activities
- Day to day support and management of field force engineers
- Carrying out interviews and technical assessments on engineers
- Ongoing technical support and training of our field force
- Communicating with our client’s operation teams
- Performance managing our engineers to adhere to all KPI’S across contracts
- Site visits across various locations to audit engineers
- Weekly/monthly meetings with contract’s manager & clients
- Carrying out inductions on new engineers
