Domestic Gas Supervisor
PAYE PERMANENT £39,000 per annum.

Our Client is an award-winning Contractor Based in London, established in 1984.Its three divisions undertake Electrical, Mechanical and Property Services work for both the domestic and commercial sectors. Services include internal and external refurbishment and repairs for both planned and reactive works programmes.
Candidate:
Must have private domestic and local authority / social housing experience in service and repair for gas and heating or have Gas installation experience. We will also enhance your technical skills by offering additional training to give you the skills you need to deliver the service required.
Role:
Looking after a team of 20 engineers doing rota’s, workload schedules and QC work.
The role will involve, organising Engineers, carry out audits on Engineers work, identify development requirements for Engineers, hold team meetings and tool box talks, attending problem jobs, providing technical advice, writing detailed reports, interviewing candidates, disciplining engineers and holding performance reviews. Supervisors will be required to provide technical advice.
Company van, uniform, full training, and PPE provided.
Mon to Fri 8:00-17:00
24 days annual leave PLUS Bank Holidays.

The Requirements:
Domestic Gas ACS, CCN1, CENWAT1, HTR1, CKR1, and experience of working private domestic and social housing.
