Domestic Gas Repair Engineer
Ganymede Energy are currently recruiting for Permanent Domestic Gas Service & Repair Engineers in Southend-on-Sea for a client that has been established since 1992 working within private housing heating and maintenance sector.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an established service & repair engineer you will represent the company and undertake service and maintenance work of gas appliances and central heating systems in domestic properties. We are looking for people with the following qualifications and offer an industry leading reward package to attract the best in our field:
Contracted to work 40 hours per week Monday – Friday
You will work 35 Hours in Summer months and 45 Hours in Winter months.
(Engineers to be at the first appointment each morning by 8.30am)
£41,989 basic salary (Plus £3000 starter bonus)
£45,000 Realistic minimum OTE from overtime, and callout.
On Call Rota is covering a 7-day call out rota happening once every 10 weeks in the winter and 9 weeks in the summer, with the 7 on-call days being spread over a 2-week period.
22 Days Holiday plus standard 8 bank holidays, holidays can be bought or sold.

You will need to have the following qualifications:
- Full UK Driving Licence with less than 6 penalty points
- Experience of working on a variety of different manufacturer’s appliances
- Excellent communication
- Strong customer focus
