This is an opportunity for a Document controller to join one of the UKs most formidable construction Businesses. The company has seen impressive growth over the last few years within their highways sector and is looking for someone to fit into their already thriving team.
The client has secured a strong pipeline of work over the next few years and are now in a great position to capitalise on this further.
As Document Controller you will be managing all aspects of document control, this means you will be setting up the filing system on Viewpoint for projects and ensuring compliance.
Some of the other main responsibilities you will be involved with are as follows:
You will participate in creating a safe working environment, you will need to have up to date and accurate registers of documents, you will be involved in monthly reporting’s for internal and external meetings, you must carry out guidance, procedures and forms contained within their corporate management system.
These are a few of the tasks that will need to be done, with many others that will have to be carried out to the best of your ability.
The company are offering a very competitive salary of £28,000 to £30,000 based on your current experience. This will also include 28 days holidays plus 8 days bank holiday, 5% matched pension, Healthcare as well as discretionary bonus.
The client will also consider flexible working hours and arrangements for an easier work life balance
The desired candidate will need to have good experience on setting up and administering Viewpoint for projects, this can also be for similar document control systems, you will also need to have a solid all-round knowledge of Microsoft office 365.
