Construction Manager
Location – Huddersfield
Rate - £380 per day Ltd, Outside IR35
Long term contract available for a Construction Manager with an extensive track record in the rail industry.
Construction Manager Responsibilities
As Construction Manager you will be required to act as the day to day representative and monitor contractors in order to ensure all site activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner. You will be someone who always strives to ensure all construction work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with the relevant specifications.
Day to day responsibilities will be varied but will include checking the contractors construction phase plans, inspecting completed works, monitoring progress of works, maintain a regular site presence, encourage awareness of SHE, suspend projects and site activities that are not appropriately planned and executed.
Construction Manager Requirements
You will be a driver for behavioural change and have the ability to manage a principal contractor within the rail industry.
Awareness of key environmental requirements
CSCS, NEBOSH, Safety Management Awareness/Training
