Returning to rapid growth in 2021, the business is now looking for a BIM Manager to take responsibility for systems and information management across Highways projects.
As Business Information Manager you will lead, develop and embed a consistent and efficient approach to systems and information management within the organisation and collaborative client frameworks. You’ll be responsible for managing technical aspects of BIM production for projects or components of major projects across the highways division, ensuring all IM Procedures are adhered to, at all stages within project life-cycle. You will be providing advice and support to Senior Document Controllers, Document Controllers and administration staff, as well as supporting all construction, commercial and contractual documentation.
Your role will be undertaken reflecting the organisations clear CSR strategies, taking account of the need to progress environmental, social and economic outcomes simultaneously
You’ll be an experienced BIM professional currently working within a BIM role from the Construction, Civil or Infrastructure sectors, with experience of delivering highways projects for Highways England / Local Authorities. You will have clear experience and capability with multiple BIM modelling software packages, ideally to include Bentley suite. You will be experienced in applying your design experience to the models you produce that enable the ability to define BIM outcomes.

Salary up to £60,000 per annum, 25 days holiday + BH, Matched 4% pension scheme, plus other flexible benefits
