The Company
This leading and highly recognised and leading Tier 1 contractor within the Infrastructure arena, has a turnover of £Billon and has won several frameworks with the Water sector! They are looking for a BIM to join their team on the South Coast!
The Role
As Business Systems Manager you will lead, develop and embed a consistent and efficient approach to systems and information management within the organisation and collaborative client frameworks, this is to be consistent with operating within a Common Data Environment (CDE) and all the systems that are required for the flow of information and the collation of records. This includes the efficient collection of data/information including establishing local processes consistent with BMS guidelines, managing the local teams, ensuring compliance and leading improvement strategies. An important part of the role is understanding programme requirements and deadlines and establishing structures and resourcing to meet these with information that is accurate and stored as required in line within GDPR and commercial confidentiality guidelines.
You will also be providing advise and support to Senior Document Controllers, Document Controllers and administration staff, as well as supporting all construction, commercial and contractual documentation. As well as continuously ensuring all BMS / IM Procedures are adhered to, at all project stages within project life-cycle.
About You
You’ll be an experienced Senior Document Control professional, with a clear understanding on Information Management, or currently working within a BIM role from the Construction, Civil or Infrastructure sectors, with experience of managing personnel. You’ll be experienced in using 4Projects and FieldView.
You will have a full understanding and be knowledgeable of BIM principles, within BS1192 standards or the new ISO19650 standards, as well as having an understating of Design Management processes and systems workspace at operational level.
Remuneration
Salary up to £45,000 per annum, plus company car or allowance, 28 days holiday + BH, Matched 5% pension scheme, plus other flexible benefits
