About the Role: We’re on the lookout for a Part-Time Fleet Administrator to join our high-performing Fleet team in Derby. As a vital part of our operations, you'll play a key role in keeping our fleet running smoothly, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Fleet Department in coordinating the fleet supply chain.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new drivers, including documentation and processing.
- Maintain the fleet management system with accurate vehicle and driver information.
- Manage fuel cards, purchase reports, and administer invoicing for damages and fines.
- Address telephone and email inquiries from internal and external sources.
- Flag any operational issues and collaborate with the Fleet Manager and team.
- Provide general administrative support across the business.
If you're a confident, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in administration, this could be the role for you! Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with a CRM system is essential. Previous experience in a Fleet Division would be advantageous.
