Compliance Administrator

Full time

Derby based with Agile working

We are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join us at our head office in Derby. Joining an existing team, you (alongside the rest of our compliance team) will be responsible for the administration related to the operation running of our business, including but not limited to;

  • Carrying out document generation, processing, and coordination of the contractor onboarding process using our online compliance and registration portal and internal CRM systems
  • Checking and logging returned contractor documents
  • Keep consultants up to date on contractor pack status
  • Data entry onto CRM systems
  • Support the finance team to ensure all working contractors get paid accurately and promptly
  • Chasing expired contractor documents
  • Issuing of daily registration documents including the Work Finders Agreement and the Key Information Document
  • Monitoring of contractor payment queries and same day payment requests and escalation of issues if not able to resolve
  • Monitoring of AWR tracking
  • Dealing with general telephone and email queries from internal and external sources
  • Flag any issues to the wider team and Head of Compliance and Assurance which are affecting the day-to-day operation of the business
  • Carrying out other compliance responsibilities as required dependant on team size and resources
  • Assist with other administrative tasks in line with the requirements of other areas of the wider business

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual, with a strong administrative background and a keen attention to detail. Must be familiar with using the Microsoft Office package to a high standard and ideally have used a CRM system in the past.

The ideal candidate will be used to working in a fast-paced environment and comfortable liaising with both internal staff and external stakeholders.
