Administrator Role Description
We are seeking an Administrator to join a Work Winning team. You will assist the team to make continuous improvements and work alongside the senior leadership team to help coordinate and manage the planned, ad-hoc and general day-to-day activities of the team
You will need strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle various tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively. Strong interpersonal skills are also essential as you will be required to build relationships with internal stakeholder groups across the business.
Administrator Responsibilities
Management of departmental timesheet (TEFA) and cost code system
Liaise with Legal department to update and maintain contract record database with details of new contracts
Support the work winning senior leadership team to improve working processes to enhance performance
Support with the administration of key work winning process and governance documentation
Create and distribute communications, presentations and other media
Drive best practice and standards by working with team to achieve consistencies
Support in the preparation of internal monthly performance and pipeline reporting
Support in the preparation of key governance documentation and management of outcomes and action trackers
Support monitoring of opportunity management assurance reporting and preparation for internal audits
Manage, maintain and improve centralised access to customer portals, supporting the team in the pre-qualification and tender submissions
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of MS Office
