My background in recruitment
Over 16 years’ experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on engineering and technical recruitment. I have progressed from Recruitment Consultant through Recruitment Specialist, Assistant Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Manager and Sales Manager roles, before moving into senior leadership and business ownership positions.
My experience includes permanent and contract recruitment, business development, account management, team leadership and senior-level client relationships. I have extensive experience working across the engineering sector, particularly supporting businesses with technical, engineering and skilled professional appointments.

With over 16 years’ recruitment experience, combined with a strong background in engineering recruitment, sales, business development and senior management, I understand the pressures clients face when they need skilled engineers quickly. I can provide access to experienced contract professionals who can support projects from design and delivery through to commissioning and completion.
What differentiates me is my specialist knowledge of engineering recruitment and the contract market, alongside a genuine understanding of the water industry and the types of engineering skills required across major infrastructure and water and wastewater projects. What I do when I'm not in the office
Outside of work, I enjoy DJing, playing guitar and drums, spending time with my kids and being involved in my local church.
