Rail Live 2026: Connecting with the Industry and Championing Safety
Over two days at Rail Live 2026, the Ganymede team were proud to exhibit alongside organisations from across the rail supply chain, reconnecting with customers, partners and industry peers while discussing the opportunities and priorities shaping the future of Britain's railway.
As one of the UK's largest outdoor rail exhibitions, Rail Live continues to provide a valuable opportunity to strengthen relationships, exchange ideas and showcase the expertise and tailored workforce solutions that support our customers in delivering critical rail infrastructure projects.
This year's event also coincided with Rail Safety Week, giving us the perfect opportunity to reinforce a message that underpins everything we do at Ganymede: Safety First, Safety Always.
To mark the occasion, we introduced a Rail Safety Week pledge board, inviting visitors to share a personal commitment towards creating a safer working environment wherever they go. Whether pledging to challenge unsafe behaviours, prioritise wellbeing or simply take a moment to check in with colleagues, each contribution demonstrated the collective responsibility we all share in maintaining a positive safety culture.
The pledge board sparked meaningful conversations throughout the event and served as a reminder that safety extends beyond policies and procedures. It is about the everyday actions and decisions that help ensure everyone returns home safely at the end of each shift.
