Ganymede Solutions is proud to announce that it has been shortlisted for the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Team Award at the 2026 Women in Rail Awards.
Organised by Women in Rail, the awards celebrate individuals, teams and organisations that are making a meaningful impact across the railway industry, championing inclusion, diversity and equity at every level.
This year’s awards saw over 430 nominations submitted from across the sector, highlighting the outstanding work being carried out to create a more inclusive and representative railway. Many of these nominations were submitted by male allies, recognising and supporting the achievements of their female colleagues. Judges noted the exceptionally high standard of entries, making this year’s shortlist particularly competitive.
Being recognised in this category reflects Ganymede’s continued commitment to placing people at the heart of everything it does. Through our EDI Charter and ongoing initiatives, we have focused on creating equitable opportunities, improving access to careers in rail, and supporting individuals to thrive within the industry.
From inclusive recruitment practices to community outreach and partnerships, Ganymede continues to work collaboratively with clients, industry bodies and local communities to drive positive change and long term impact.
The Women in Rail Awards will take place in May 2026, bringing together professionals from across the industry to celebrate achievements and share best practice.
