Charlotte Cruise, Chair of Women in Rail East Midlands and Client Relationship Manager at Ganymede, recently hosted a Women in Rail and The Railway Club seminar and networking event.

The event, themed Allyship and Inclusion, brought together rail professionals from across the industry to discuss how to build stronger, more supportive workplaces.

As Chair of Women in Rail East Midlands, Charlotte played a key role in organising and delivering the event, bringing together industry experts to share insights on the importance of creating inclusive environments and supporting others in the workplace.
