Ganymede’s core business is the supply and operation of contingent labour. A Link-up approved supplier, we are a leading provider of blue and white-collar semi skilled and skilled labour, safety critical track personnel and technical staff on call off and temporary term contracts in the following core industries:

As part of the RTC Group, Ganymede combines 13 years experience of approved supply with 35 years of specialist technical selection and 75 years of rail safety training.

Organisation Structure
Operations management and safety, compliance and training, and support services are managed in Derby.

Delivery is managed from our satellite locations. This structure is entirely scaleable by effective utilisation of our existing regional network.
Ganymede draws on the full resources of the Group to support delivery to all clients including the utilisation of our 12 regional offices and up-to 70 recruitment staff.

Operational functions, including administration, commercial and finance are controlled centrally from Head Office facilities in Derby.

All staff will be provided with the industry required certification such as CSCS cards, PTS etc.
